Raw Snickers Bars (Grain-free and Vegan)

MY EXCITEMENT FOR THIS RECIPE HAS BEEN LIKE NO OTHER!!






I don't think I have ever been so eager to share a recipe with you guys (not that I don't, because I love sharing all recipes!!), but this is my all time favorite one for you guys to make as soon as you can! Ask me my favorite candy? SNICKERS 100%.





Completely vegan, grain, refined sugar, and gluten free! I know you guys are going to die over this recipe, because I still am! Sending love to each way! XO




Raw Snickers Bars:



Ingredients:


Base layer:


1/4 cup of organic maple syrup

1/2 cup of blanched almond flour

2 tbsp of melted coconut oil

1/4 cup of creamy all natural peanut butter

1 tsp of sea salt


Nougat layer:


1/2 cup of creamy all natural peanut butter

1/4 cup of melted coconut oil

2 tbsp of organic maple syrup

1 tsp of sea salt

1 tsp of vanilla

unsalted peanuts (as many as you prefer here)


Chocolate layer:


1 tbsp of coconut oil

1 tsp of sea salt

1/2-1 bag of dairy free dark chocolate chips


Instructions:



1. Spray an 8x8 pan with coconut oil. Mix the base ingredients in a food processor or blender until well combined and press down evenly in the pan. Freeze while you make the next layer.

2. In a sauce pan heat the nougat layer ingredients until very thin, and pour over the bottom layer, adding the peanuts on top of that layer. Freeze for at least 5 hours, but preferably overnight.

3. Once froze, cut into thin bars, and spread on a baking sheet of parchment paper.

4. Melt the chocolate coating ingredients on the stove and drizzle over each bar, top with sea salt, and freeze for at least another hour (keep stored in the freezer for later use)
